I received my tamper today, February 18 and I am absolutely delighted. From start to finish, this has been a very positive experience and i will be sure to tell anyone mentioning a tamper, all about your website.
Robin was most helpful with prompt and informative emails and 19 days (from order) to arrive in Canada from Australia is very good timing. The extremely well-crafted tamper arrived securely packaged to my door.
I am awaiting measurements from my brother for his rancillio and will be ordering one for him within the next day or two.
